2. About Motorbooker

​

Motorbooker is an online marketplace that connects vehicle owners with independent automotive repair and service providers. Motorbooker does not perform vehicle repairs, maintenance, inspections, or other automotive services.

Motorbooker facilitates appointment scheduling and communication between customers and independent repair shops. All repair services are performed solely by the participating shop, which is independently owned and operated.

MotorBooker is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, timeliness, or outcome of services provided by any shop listed on the platform.

3. Appointment Bookings

​

Motorbooker allows customers to schedule vehicle drop-off appointments with participating repair shops.

Appointment times represent scheduled drop-off times only and do not guarantee that repairs will begin immediately upon arrival. Repair timelines may vary based on shop workload, parts availability, vehicle condition, and other factors.

MotorBooker does not guarantee appointment availability, repair completion times, or service outcomes.

4. Repair Estimates and Pricing

​

Prices displayed on Motorbooker may be based on information provided by participating shops and may be subject to change following vehicle inspection.

Additional repairs, parts, labor, diagnostics, taxes, fees, or services may be recommended or required after a shop evaluates a vehicle.

Customers are responsible for approving any additional charges directly with the repair shop before work is performed.

Motorbooker is not responsible for disputes regarding repair estimates, invoices, warranties, or pricing provided by participating shops.

5. Customer Responsibilities

​

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle, contact, and appointment information.

Customers agree to arrive for scheduled appointments on time and communicate directly with the repair shop regarding delays, cancellations, or rescheduling requests.

Customers are solely responsible for authorizing repairs, reviewing estimates, paying for services, and resolving service-related disputes directly with the repair shop.

6. Shop Responsibilities

​

Participating shops are solely responsible for the services they provide, including repairs, diagnostics, maintenance, estimates, invoices, warranties, and customer communications.

Shops are responsible for maintaining all licenses, permits, insurance policies, certifications, and legal requirements necessary to operate their business.

Motorbooker reserves the right to remove any shop from the platform at its sole discretion.

 

7. Cancellations and No-Shows

Customers are encouraged to notify the repair shop as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without notice may result in the loss of promotional pricing, discounts, or future booking privileges, as determined by the participating shop.

Motorbooker is not responsible for costs, damages, or losses resulting from cancellations, no-shows, scheduling conflicts, or missed appointments.

8. Payments and Fees

​

Unless otherwise stated, payment for automotive services is made directly to the participating repair shop.

Motorbooker may charge booking fees, service fees, subscription fees, commissions, advertising fees, premium listing fees, onboarding fees, or other fees in connection with the use of the platform.

All fees paid to Motorbooker are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by Motorbooker.

9. Limitation of Liability

​

Motorbooker provides a platform that connects customers with independent repair shops. Motorbooker does not perform, supervise, inspect, or guarantee any repair services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Motorbooker shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the platform, vehicle repairs, service delays, inaccurate estimates, shop conduct, vehicle damage, personal injury, lost profits, or other losses.

Customers and shops acknowledge that any services arranged through the platform are performed at their own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Motorbooker, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or interactions with other users or participating repair shops.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, branding, text, graphics, software, and other materials made available through Motorbooker are the property of Motorbooker or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use Motorbooker content without prior written permission.

12. Privacy

Your use of Motorbooker is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Modifications to the Service

Motorbooker reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any portion of the platform, services, features, pricing, or these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
