Motorbooker connects customers with independent service providers and facilitates appointment scheduling.
Booking Fees
Motorbooker may charge a booking fee to reserve an appointment with a participating service center.
All booking fees are non-refundable once an appointment has been booked.
By completing a booking through Motorbooker, you acknowledge and agree that the booking fee is earned upon reservation of your appointment and will not be refunded for any reason, including but not limited to:

Appointment cancellation by the customer

Appointment rescheduling by the customer

Customer no-shows

Failure to obtain repairs or services from the selected service center

Dissatisfaction with pricing, estimates, or recommendations provided by the service center
Repair and Service Charges
Motorbooker does not perform vehicle repairs, maintenance, or other automotive services.
All repair and service charges are paid directly to the participating service center. Any questions, disputes, refund requests, warranty claims, or concerns regarding services performed must be directed to the service center that provided the work.
Motorbooker is not responsible for refunds related to repair services, parts, labor charges, diagnostic fees, or any other charges imposed by participating service centers.
Appointment Availability
While Motorbooker works with participating service centers to provide appointment availability, appointment times remain subject to the service center's operational requirements and capacity.
If a participating service center is unable to honor a scheduled appointment, Motorbooker may assist in arranging an alternative appointment but is not obligated to provide a refund of the booking fee.
